- Silicone tube, which is a flexible hose made from high-purity silicone, is widely used in food processing, dairy transfer, brewing, and laboratory applications.
- When using, first cut to the required length and ensure that the cut is smooth and has no burrs; then use a clamp or joint for sealing to prevent spillage.
- During operation, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 220°C(428℉), and avoid contact with pointed objects. After using, it should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with high-temperature steam or alcohol in time, and stored in a cool place and avoid bending. Designed for the transfer of fluids such as beverages, it is recommended to regularly check whether the tube body is aging or deformed to ensure normal use.
- This lightweight and highly flexible silicone pipe offers crystal-clear visibility while delivering superior resistance to chemicals, including solvents and acids. Its smooth interior ensures optimal flow performance and simplifies cleaning. The material is completely good, making it suitable for sensitive applications.
